Welcome to my website, Coton de Tulear of Whistler. I live in Whistler where I follow the practices of ethical breeding of the Coton de Tulear. I'm so happy that you have taken the time to look through this site.
If you have any questions, please contact me through my email.
Ethical breeding includes mentorship from experienced breeders and health tests that are administered by veterinarians and registered prior to breeding.
I am a Middle School teacher, mom to three young-adult sons, wife and outdoor nature lover. Our family loves dogs. Initially, my husband trained and handled our Labrador Retriever, Maddy, who was certified as a working dog for Avalanche and Ground Search and Rescue. When Maddy passed away, I searched for a companion dog and found the Coton de Tulear. This was the start of my journey with this lovely breed. We brought "Nova" to our home and I became involved in learning about the most extraordinary breed, the COTON de TULEAR.
Naturally, the Coton de Tulear are wonderful companion dogs. They fun with kids, adorable snugglers, and love to play! They can go from sleeping quietly by your side, to going out for a hike, at moment's notice.
Our breeding program is currently paused as our lovely girl, Nova is now seven years old. At this age, ethical breeding suggests that the female does not have another litter.
